At Devereux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
